TS 190

TS 190 is a newly designed machine that represents today the best option in terms of efficiency and flexibility.

The remarkable production cycle of about 27 seconds. For rolls 50 mm wide and 50 m long, the TS 190 is the most productive slitter available on the market compared to machines of the same type.
The cutter is equipped with a system for loading empty cores and unloading finished rolls without the need for the operator. The axles with the finished rolls are unloaded from the machine using a robotic system equipped with 2 mechanical arms. The same arms will be responsible for replacing the axles with the empty cores in the appropriate position within the machine. Finished rolls are typically unloaded horizontally or vertically to be transported via modular belts to a packaging line.
