BE 35
The BE 35 is an automatic wrapper for flat packaging with total closing of adhesive tape rolls with shrink wrapping film.
The package is wrapped with a single shrink film and welded on the side through a hot wire whose temperatore is adjustable on the control panel by the operator; while the trim recovery is operated by a sucking device. Then, it is welded transversally through a welding ceramic coated bar whose temperature is controlled by means of an electronic regulator and which operates in movement with the product.
Afterwards the packages enter inside the tunnel to operate the shrinking of the film. At the end of the process the packages are conveyed at the exit through a conveyor belt for eventual operations of labelling and cartoning.
